Damn! I wish someone did this for every video! But this one, I had to watch in its entirety. Always time for a legend like RZA. You never now what you can take or learn from hearing this man. I try to take notes.
Back in ‘08, I had a 8th grade English teacher who was an Irish man and a DIEHARD Wu Tang fan. He found way to reference them in dam near every lecture lol.
Wu-tang is for the children, god! They straight blasted through the 90s, makin history like nuthin. I was born ‘92, didn’t hear ‘protect ya neck’ for the first time til 2010. Lol missed out for a while but I haven’t put em down since
Rza: In every circle there is a greatest Knowah (Knower), just like in the Bible, Noah was the greatest Knowah. And Noah was able to warn and therefore lead people out of the dangerous situation. Rza just has a lot of wisdom, people seem to get caught up in his actual achievements but his perspective on life, the way he articulates that perspective...its uncanny. PEACE from BK!!
Man like RZA The Grand Architect of one of the greatest Hip Hop groups ever...u dun know 👊🏿...who else is glad that he has done these series to give a deeper insight to how it all began so more people can be inspired and motivated?
After watching the show it’s just crazy to see how ahead of his time, RZA was as a visionary and a creative. He was so unorthodox people just didn’t know.
I’ve watched the We Love You Rakeem video last week but watched it again yesterday after watching the last Wu episode, very different now knowing RZA wasn’t feeling that Daffy Duck shit. I was amazed to see Just-Ice in the episode!
Everybody is owning their characters in this show. Who stands out to me the most is the guy is plays RZA and Ghostface. But all of them are doing a great job. I hope it gets picked up for a second season.
actually it has. the heavy metal band SLIPKNOT. Is the wu tang of the genre. 9 all star members that are the best that ever will be. just different styles of music
"I don't think nothing need to die for me to live, in all reality, when that gets life from the same source I'm getting life from" - RZA - That's real talk ✊🏽
yeah except vegetable production kills tons of life whether through pesticides, traps, even harvest. rabbits, moles, gophers, all get poisoned or killed by heavy machinery en masse. or are we picking and choosing what life we are talking about.
No it’s not. That’s hippie bs. U think a whale needs to feel guilty about eating krill? A rabbit eats grass (as does rza), who’s to say grass doesn’t feel. Life and death is nothing. Too many people. F**k Life just live (and let die)
Got to see Ol' Dirty Bastard perform on stage back in the early 90's in LA, a great line-up that night which included Jeru the Damaja, Brand Nubian, Ras Kass & Born Allah. Hip-hop back then was so dope.
Much respect for RZA after this interview. A lot of wisdom and humility. He had to have it anyway to form and keep a group of different, forward-thinking young black man together.
When you think about it you realize that 2 pac accomplished so many things and had such a revolutionary mind and he was just a 25 year old kid!! Simply amazing!! I remember when I was 15-16 he was a man to me. Now being a 40 year old man I realize Wow!! He had power and could have changed the world and He was just a kid!!
I live right near his old home, forever a Shaolin native, raised here and it was the Rza and the Wu who parented me as a young man. I never met Rza, but met most of the clan. Love this man.
When Rza speaks he reminds me of Tupac, Immortal Technique, Lupe Fiasco, very knowledgable, articulate and so informed around the world to say the very least. Wish more people were like that including myself.
Love his take on the new rappers and saying give them time to evolve. Hopefully they’ll be around long enough to be able to evolve.... but sadly most won’t get that chance.
RZA said YDB wanted to play his dad in the docu-series but RZA said his acting skills weren't where they needed to be. TJ Atoms is perfect in this role.
yeah man I've been watching The Wu American Saga it's a roller coaster. the music and sword effect snippets in there made me go back and blast the 36 chambers album all over again
Ghostface.. theres a lot of us that feel you have a timeless legacy. We will love it as long as u hit the right promo sources, we're gonna know support.

And me and my homie was just talking about how the single parent homes were the government is the acting baby daddy supporting these environments are the most chaotic. Because these moms can't teach young men how to be man and than these young men go off into the streets which continues the misguidance which may have or may not have started at home. Also this effects the young ladies as well because it is good for a young lady to have a wise counsel as they grow with there fathers it helps strengthens character, builds confidence and can bring assurance in their life that they have someone they can turn too in a time oh need, Instead of turning too someone who may not have their best interests in mind. This is a domino effect that does effect all involved and in most sad cases even the innocent who weren't. Dope interview.
All I can say is that I'm proud of him, and I'm glad he pulled on others and helped them to see a dream can become real. Lets face it now days in some peoples situations it is so easy to give up on hope.
I see RZA" The Abbot " during a interview I click. It's just that simple. But the interviews are never simple......Too me there fukn amazing. Wu-Tang Forever.
I think Dave got Method Man down tight. I watch old interviews and videos of MM and when I want the show, Dave has him down pact. The voice, mannerisms, and the look. WOW

Love RZA, so much wisdom to share. Imagine the 36 Chambers version of their next level creative TV series. Teach the minds of the world the philosophies of the Wu through capturing our minds with entertainment. RZA is an inspiration.

I swear this truly is the best thing on TV right now. I can't believe how many things has happened in the series already and we don't even know how Ghost and Raekwon got cool? Growing up I thought they were cousins!!! I thought the last episode where Ghost was watching the kung fu flick and hearing them talk slang, was a stoke of genius coupled with the cartoon/ anime bit we saw early in the series Wu Tang An American Saga is destined to be epic! Shout out to RZA and the whole team for putting this together. This show is well shot, well edited and easily works its way into my Top Ten (we are talking Breaking Bad and The Wire territory here) UK London loves you for it Gawd, Peace!
