I am an extended family member and some of the articles are saying that it fell off then they ran into the bulldozer but it actually fell off and crushed them.
i went to fsy with sally in 2022, i didn’t know her that much, but from what i got to know her from that one week at fsy she was a wonderful person. i can’t imagine what your family’s are going through. i’ll keep you in my prayers

As a retired heavy equipment operator, how does a " tow truck" haul a bulldozer ????? 😂 And people wonder why you can't trust the media to tell you facts.
First off as a Truck driver I have so many questions regarding the dozer and tow truck. Looks like a D3 20640 weight 1st over weight 2nd securement requires so many points of contact depending on chain size . 3. How come anyone would let this driver load it and go down the road? Everyone is responsible who had their hand on this load.
My prayers for everyone affected, I'm praying this wasn't because of some human being monumentally selfish. Unintentional human error or mechanical failure could have produced this result. I hope law enforcement can figure out what exactly happened.

Max 15,000 pound carrying capacity mixed with a minimum 16,000 pound bulldozer, but more likely closer to 30,000 pounds based on the size within the picture. I have tried to call love towing to make them aware of allegations on Facebook and they have been sending my calls to voicemail as soon as they can, yes it does ring. I have attempted 4 phone calls thus far.

Industrial carrier, that is the back of a NRC 40TB in the right corner... That is a track loader not a dozer anyway.

I doubt the family will be smiling at a lawsuit. It's stressful and long which adds to their trauma and doesn't bring family members back.
