Last Day in Skardu | Chunda Valley Visit | Best Moments of Life with Family in Skardu During Spring

This is the last day of our trip in Skardu, during Spring 2024.
Throughout our 8 day trip, we enjoyed the hospitality of local people in Skardu. We were hosted by their local cuisine such as mamtu, prapu, khurba, mutton yakhni, trout fish etc.
We came here to spend the peak spring season with cherry and apricot blossom. We had fun in two cold deserts of Skardu, i.e. Katpana cold desert and Sarfaranga cold desert. Kids played with sand and we had fun while doing jeep safari in sarfaranga.
We explored Kachura valley, did boating in upper kachura lake, and had the top view of shangrila lake.
We went to the most beautiful valley in Skardu i.e. soq valley. This is a must visit place. Here, we had a short stay in safari resort soq valley, where we had the most peaceful vibe of our trip. The owner, Bashir bhai is a wonderful person.
We saw two forts here i.e. shigar fort and khaplu fort. We had fun playing with cold water in Manthoka waterfall.
We drove through Ghowari village, which has the most beautiful view with their iconic trees.
We went to Hassan Hussain Mamtu and had their mamtu with beef pulao. This is one of the top food points in Skardu.
On this day, we went to Chunda valley and had fun dancing with our driver Arif Wazir in Chunda meadows. We also played cricket in Chunda valley.
This is our last day so we opt to check out of Serenity inn hotel and checked in to Indus view hotel, which is quite close to skardu international airport.
They have such a beautiful garden with a view facing indus river.
Next day, we left for the airport and flew over the beautiful skardu valley where we enjoyed the magnificent sites of snow covered mountains on our flight from Skardu to Lahore .
