The statistics on the intros are something i would like to see everyone taking aboard and using making it the norm. Excellent top tier coverage. Thank you 😊
Really good, gotta say it's the best one yet and I have a feeling it will the best of all of them, and that's for a great reason as you say in the description, it's the only premiere event of the CDGT, it needs to be treat with attention and respect in my opinion, you have given it, so in smaller words, killer job and I can't wait to see the rest of the CDGT, super excited for the 2024 season!
Thank you for the great coverage and commentary. The guys are playing ok, but is going to be nice to see some fresh faces next round. These guys are gonna have to dial it in a little. I'm sure they will. They are all awesome. The one suggestion I'd like to put out there is to use stronger, more contrasting colors for the on-screen score card. I'm partially color blind and can't tell the difference between the pars, birdies, etc.. The light, pastel sorta colors make it difficult for me. Thanks for another great video and thanks for sharing.
Thanks for this awesome feedback! We will do some research on this and apologies for not taking it into consideration in our design. Are you in the Red/Green family? Are there any sports media companies/shows that do a good job with this in your experience? Thanks for checking us out!
@@parkedpro yes, red/green is the most common. most of the major ones I've watched use stronger colors. like the red that you use with the box for the players names. that's easy to see. There are additional things that would help, such as an icon or number, but I don't see anyone going to that extent yet. maybe someday. Thank you so much for responding. You all do a great job at event coverage and I love watching them.
Great job, gents! I wanted to play this course when I was touring up there this fall. Played Bayview instead - signage there said Cdn Nationals 2023 held there? Did the tournament go between these 2 courses? Thx again, love your pro coverage, always looking forward to more!
Thanks Plug! Bayview was the third course for the event, but MPO and FPO only played these two. Looked like a great course though, hope you had a good time!
Very pretty location and solid commentary. Seeing this course design just really makes me sad, though. Sooo much potential all around the property. I suppose that they had to work within the constraints that the property owners wanted as far as flow with the existing golf course.
Some courses don't show as well on coverage, I think. Even on some of the more open holes, with the elevation and landing zones, it played more technical than it might look, which is evidenced by the number of times people disced down. But, it did evolve for Nationals this year, and I expect like most courses, it will continue to evolve over time.
Thanks for giving us a shot! And yes, we love our forest golf as well. Cale did do a really good job with the design at Dragon Hills, a lot of the open drives were more technical than they might look. But check out the final round of the Big Bear Classic if you want to see some exciting mountain forest golf! ua-cam.com/video/uC6rxfjtZKQ/v-deo.html
As a Canadian that moved to the states, the intro made me go grab my maple syrup in the fridge and chugged it like a madman.
Love it. Enjoy the warmer weather!
I know! I was pumped! 😁

Thanks Aaron! The players get to choose their own skill stats (the overall average is determined by PDGA rating). We think it's fun.
That intro was top tier! Keep up the amazing work & coverage!
Great coverage and commentary! Thank you all!
Great coverage and we really enjoy the location feature intros that you guys do at the beginning of each tournament. Well done!
Thanks so much! We love making them, the entire country deserves a spotlight.
Wooooooah that intro got me feeling extra Canadian!!!!🇨🇦
Beautifully filmed! Thanks for posting this.

Welcome, friend! It's not as cold as you think. In the summer, anyway.

@@parkedpro thx, we did - actually turned a total newb into a disc golf fanatic - now he can't stop buying discs and trying out new courses!
holy shit the intro slaps
I wish it was Summer already.

When will round 2 be posted?
Up already
Great coverage you just need to stop telling us what is about to happen.
Great coverage from a channel I haven't previously seen. But man, disc courses that are on golf courses are so boring. Barely a tree in sight.
