Hey Ryan, great video. Do you prefer a gimbal or an eaayrig? Im leaning towards the latter for my 6K pro. Do a video on the merits of that - itd be super helpful. 👌
Awesome video man! I’ve always wondered if it’s hard to find client work in California? It just seems like there’s a lot of video companies out there to where finding companies that don’t already have a “video” guy would be hard? I live in ohio so I have no idea lol But you gained a sub from me!!
Thanks bro!! Yeah I totally know what you mean, I think it’s kind of a yes and no answer, yes to the competition being a lot higher and in order to find success within it you kind of have to specialize at something in particular in the industry out here in order to get consistent work, however the upside is that because it’s SoCal/LA whatever u wanna call it the opportunities are seemingly endless and networking is a lot easier because there’s so many people in film production. Personally I’ve actually found it easier to find “success” in terms of lots of clients and consistent growth of a production company than anywhere I’ve lived previous. There is something to be said about being THE video guy in your town tho. In today’s day and age it’s so much easier because equipment is so much more accessible no matter where you live so you can kind of become the go to guy in your city for every business because literally everyone needs video content these days (and it’s a lot easier to sell people on it) if your interested feel free to check out my video on tips for growing a video business I talk a bit more about these things in it and my personal journey m.ua-cam.com/video/WsjIhWu1AYU/v-deo.html Cheers!
really enjoyed your video. just a helpful tip on the blue yeti is to turn it around so that the Blue Logo is faced towards you. Not at all a slam or anything. I just did that when I first got that. Turn on the Cardioid patter and face that guy towards you and you will like the sound a little better I think. Just a tip. I hope this finds you well. Also, the video was really great. I look forward to your videos in the future!! Great Job!
Dude actually thank you so much for this haha, I’m in no means an audio guy and I think I’ve only used this thing like twice 😂 defs gonna keep that tip in mind for next time, much appreciated bro!
@@ryanluth hey no worries at all. i just know that i have been there and done that before and i wish someone had told me that before. i definitely wish you the best of luck man and look forward to your upcoming videos!! keep up the great work!
Wow that’s incredible!!!
Got you bud, new sub here 🤙
