Battle of Concord Reenactment

Reenactment of the battle between the King's Regular Troops and the Colonial Militia (Minutemen) at the North Bridge in Concord, Massachusetts. This was the beginning of the American Revolution, "the shot that was heard around the world."

I wish they would make these reeanctments a little more realistic. Its not like there would be a whole group of colonists neatly marching across the bridge while being shot at. It was more like an angry mob converging on the British Regulars. Oh and it was Lexington and not Concord where "the shot heard round the world" was heard.

I don’t know for sure but the reenactment was very historically accurate so I would think so.

unfortunately the numbers in this re-enactment were equal, they needed to get the nubers right to properly show the desperation of the british light infantry(less than 100) as they tried to stop a horde of over 400 colonists. but still a interesting re-encatment to watch.
