Thank you. Seeing how others, who actually craft, see fabrics teaches me so much. I never learned needle crafts growing up. We were limited on money, supplies and people who weren't just tryng to survive. This is creativity with a capital C.
OMG Abby great finds!! Gosh the lacy clothing I would wear that….and that man’s jacket at the end if it was small enough I’d wear it with jeans and a turtleneck…..absolutely magnificent threads!! Gosh well girl I can’t wait to see what you will be doing with all your Magnificent finds!! YFS this was fun!! YOU ROCK!!! Joan Smith
Thanks so much for this video great info. Love what you found and it gives me great ideas. Just starting out playing with textiles and found your channel ❤
Wow great finds! I watch for buttons. They are so expensive but even if you have to pay 6.99 for a blouse, it may be really worth the buttons, and if you can find laces and great fabrics too it's a winner winner chicken dinner.
Niiice thrifty! And thank you for showing what you kept first! That was cool! Lots of beautiful fabric! I think I would have bought a couple things you left. I personally don't mind the polyester materials so I think it was that beautiful flowers on it. Dotter I don't remember if it was while you were in the blouses or dresses. I think it was pink. Oust the other one as well. Thank you so much for sharing! God bless! Love hugs and prayers my friend! ✝️😇💜🤗🙏✝️
Can you not just find cut fabric? I find wonderful packs of cut fabric at the Goodwill stores around me. I just bought a pack for $4.99 that contained four yards of Superman flannel and 3.75 yards of Seahawk flannel--never used, ready for whatever you want. My kitchen curtains are made of 6 yards of Goodwill fabric. I've made shirts for myself of Goodwill fabric. I've bought cut fabric for quilting, too.
