I struggle with any drawing/doodling. I am very OCD and focus on my mistakes. But my self therapy is to not beat myself up over it and move on, which is filling my sketchbook more.
You are thinking very right. Don't focus on the mistakes and try to finish them all. When the drawing is finished, you will not see your mistakes and you will like the result. You will relax over time.

It varies depending on the paper size. It is usually 3-4 cm. If you want blank templates of these squares, you can find them in my etsy shop.

Do you know how many people are doing these designs and they should try to protect their zen art if they don’t want others doing the same one, there is a way that can be done. But so many are trying to learn to do this not to sell them but just to do them, so I love this video. If this person needs to do this to protect themselves from using someone else designs don’t you think they would do that..

I would like to publish their names, but unfortunately it is not possible to find them all one by one. Also, some patterns are hard to spot because so many people draw. I also publish my own work so that others can learn.
