He's taken the one that does that (Clue Compass), the other one (Treasure Arbiter) is for clue scroll chances/loots.

You can one tick flick scurrious so you don't spend all your prayer, also doing clue scrolls in nice for prayer bonus. A bit lare now probably though

Or just sacrifice 1% of his GP on altars for 80 prayer in about 30 minutes and you can do 2 scurrius without turning pray off
