Did Houston clear the launch of that thing? Who knew that all those years ago the flying saucer "diversion" was just a bunch of farmers out on the great plains playing with this new toy called a sprayer....and figured that if they "adjusted" the light pattern they could stay in the field(s) and work a few extra hours and get ahead......great vid Carson( and dad)..👍
I'll be spraying Fungicide and insecticide this year in tasseled corn for the 1st time ever this year. We bought an sts16 for that explicit purpose. I'm both ecstatic & terrified to go out and do it in July.
should be terrified. idk how your sprayer has performed if you have started, but weve had 2, front end fell out of both, exactapply dosent work, all wheel steering locks up countless times, filled with glitches. good luck.
@adamforstudentcouncil9592 I've ran exact apply for the last 4 years now. Its a really nice feature to run 2 tips at once, never have to worry about the duty cycle then. Had a few issues but nothing major. Key is to always flush out your boom with water at the end of the day every time. We've bought a 2019 sts12 for this year , they couldn't deliver the sts16 on time so we opted for its delivery next February. Whoever owned this one never took care of it. Dealer had to put in 20k just to get it field ready. Seems like alot of folks don't realize that proper maintenance & care is key to machinery lasting for years. Folks shouldn't skip a $1,000 maintenance procedure because "it isn't ran that hard" What do you mean by the front end? The hubs?
More consistent spray pattern, almost instantly adjusts to speed changes. Will compensate the rate on each end of the boom while turning, droplet size control, individual nozzle control

The boom lights at night will make spraying your organic acres easier!
Love the videos man!
Just plain , NICE !
Does that seat have adjustable "shocks"? Your dad could use more spring damping so he doesn't get launched through the roof!
It’s an air seat! It was just that one pass with the tile ditches in it
Your phone rings you made her wait I like your videos. Like the into where you are running.

It’s really pretty fun once you get going!

Nice video , I visited with you at Ag PHD Show.
You should be able to set four wheel steer to 6 mph and lower. And two wheel steer when 6 mph and above
Algo perron muy chingon
I don't get it.... It has four wheels?
😂
So I still spray with my old century 3 point sprayer. What is the benefit to the pulsing? I’ve seen it on a few different sprayers now.

If the seat had auto bounce your dad would be more comfortable.😜😜😜
Does your dad own the farm?
Our farm has like 8 partners within our family
So he owns part of it yes, I also own a very very small portion
@@6thGenFarmer cool
Dubai up on the crops your growing and you can easily pay for one of those.😊😁😳😔😞😞🐮🐮
I bet your Dad love's the dome light in his eyes, not.
It’s a little distracting yes but makes recording much easier!
