It is good to see someone go all the way through the steps. And be honest about the issues they ran into. Know I now what to expect when my husband and I do our oil change. Thanks for the informative video..
Thank you great job I actually found a third bolt (that was the first bolt I unscrewed a little 12 mm bolt toward the front side of the engine block) that seemed to let out a little bit of oil, but thanks to you I found the main two pull pan bolts that were of course designed to drain the oil, without your video though I would have been screwed! Thank you very much!!!
Good vid
Can you give a link to the drain plugs?
Anybody know the part number for the oil drain plugs? Couldnt find them on the site.
Hi, would appreciate yr comment, I am riding Suzuki M50, I just change the gear oil last yr july. Today I went for an oil change from a bikeshop, to my horror, the gear oil was LIGHT BROWN like coffee . Do you have any idea? Is there any danger or damage for my bike? I notice there are leak at side of the shaft hub. The bike shop guy told me its likely to be broken oil seal. I am from singapore, No one rides a boulevard here and thus I cant find any parts. Hope you could provide some advise. thanks
Thannks & subbed👌🏽
much appreciated!
Can just stab the old oil filter with an screw driver for easy removal.
602-BUSA, how many qts of oil is required?
4qts
602_Busa thanks, much appreciated man!
What oil type to on m109r suzuki
I use what the manual reccommends. 10W-40 0:29
@@602Busa is this oil fully synthetic or semi?
@@Habstheehammer I used full synthetic since my bike is over 20kmiles
Thank you for the quick response. 👍🏻
Next time just warm the bike up for LITERALLY 1 min. Makes the filter STICK leas for easier removal
Good video, but you did not complete it You didn't show the part where you fill the oil It's kind of tricky, that's why I read my manual a few times before I do this entire procedure I believe you put in about 3 quarts 1st, then you let the bike sit for a few minutes, and then put in the rest, depending on whether you changed the oil filter or not There are different opinions, but it would be nice if you put this in video format, step by step, so people can follow these steps and save money while they're doing their oil change Maybe you can amend that footage and then it would be a complete oil change for this bike Thanks and enjoy your day
Good thoughts, I'll work on this when I get time. But you are correct. 3 quarts is good. Then run the bike and check the oil level.
hey dude, put a 2x4 under kick stand...youll get your wrench under
Лошара, обзор в топку!
hey man : NEVER PUT USED OIL ON THE FILTER GASKET SURFACE AND WIPE YOU HAND BEFORE U INSTALL YOUR FILTER!!!!
Z. MAKULI why not
Not sure what wrong with used oil on the filter? It's only there so the next time you change it is to make easier to get off.
read another book, you are wrong, he did it right!, as for wiping his hand he was using a K-N with the nut on it so why?
I was thinking the same thing lol
