    INGREDIENTS
    5 cups fresh fruit
    1/2-1 Tbsp honey (optional)
    DIRECTIONS
    1. Preheat oven to 225.
    2. Blend fruit and honey in blender until very smooth.
    3. Pour mixture onto parchment lined baking sheets (I usually use 2) and spread until thin. You want it to be very even so it will cook evenly. Otherwise, you will have some dry parts and other burned parts!
    4. Remove from oven when the rollups are not stick (about 2-3 hours). Let cool then slice and roll!

For everyone struggling with the fruit burning:
The purpose of putting the sheet in the over is not to cook the fruit- but to Dehydrate the fruit. Dehydration can happen in many ways, but since an organic wet fruit like this would rot if left exposed for too long it's heated to dehydrate faster.
This all being said - you don't have to have the oven temp up so high which is what is causing your fruit to burn. Bring the temp down to 170 or even 145 which is hot enough to speed up the dehydration process but cooled down enough to prevent your fruit from burning (each over is going to be a little different, so it's best to start with a lower temp and slowly rise it once you see if the fruit is drying up evenly). You will probably have to keep it in the oven longer though so I recommend making a few trays at once to be kind to the planet. With multiple batches/trays simply open the oven every 45 minutes or so for 20 seconds to let some of the moisture in the over to escape. I dehydrate whole pieces of fruit and veggies in this way as well to make little snack packs for on-the-go. I hope this helps!

Thanks so much Meg for this super easy and healthy recipe!
I was kinda bummed when it started burning after like 20 minutes, I reduced the temperature to 130 degrees and it kept burning that was at 40 minutes, I switched to 85 degrees left it for like 2 minutes and just took it out after that, I'm thinking my layer was too thin xx
Just and advise to any one who feels like trying, GOOD LUCK AND I HOPE YOU MANAGE WELL :)

Great idea! I'm so impressed that you make all these healthy versions of these recipes and your kids eat them (especially w/ a new born). I have an idea for a video to add to your breastfeeding series. Can you do a what I eat in a day video? I'm also nursing my youngest, she's 12 weeks and trying to lose the weight I gained (although you don't look like you have any more baby weight to lose!) I'm curious what you eat in a typical day while nursing. Thanks for all the great videos!

I'm 12 and I made this and I evenly spread it but when I took it out it was super mushy on the middle, crispy on the edges, and perfect in between the middle and the edges. I think maybe it was because I didn't use convect bake, because convect bake makes it evenly cooked because it blows around the heat, maybe next time I will use convect, please reply if not using convect was the problem. Thank You!!

Well, bummer. I was going to make this but many of the comments below said the recipe burns the fruit. Also, friendly feedback, try letting your daughter contribute more. The only thing you let her do was roll up one roll, but you had to roll it with her. Makes me think you're too worried about control. Letting go of perfection and inviting your daughter to participate a LOT more in the kitchen would be a great bonding experience for you two, as well as a confidence booster for her. And don't worry about her part being perfect. And imperfection would give it a more real, and appealing aspect.
