The image you showed was of the Bilbao museum. The building you will see at Riscal is different. I did a trip to the north of Spain 3 years ago and got to visit both sites. Make sure to visit San Sebastian in the same area. Some of the best food and wine in the world.
Love your videos hope you get to go on your trip.

I have to say that I have had a few of the same wines here in the US, but find that my experience was much more delicious in Spain and I think it's because of the meal I paired it with in Spain. To me, it makes a difference in your pallet when you pair it with a meal. Has anyone else had the same experience?

      Amelia, you are right.
Wines taste completely different with and without food.
The specific food pairing also play a big role.

No trip to Spain will be complete without adding a little Sherry (Jerez) in the mix. Pedro Ximenez is terrific, particularly from Bodegas Ximenez Spinola!
