This is a good example of how to speed up the workflow. Applying styles during import always applies them to the background layer. It would be even more powerful if Capture One let us apply styles as layers on import. That would allow us to adjust opacity or the layer mask after import. We retain the efficiency of applying styles during import AND add the flexibility of layer opacity and masks after import.

I am also very pleased on how you have shown where the CS is automatically stored in the Finder... More importantly, I appreciate the way that you have explained the significant difference between Basic Styles; Custom Styles versus Style Brushes... Three Cheers!😎

Anybody having a bug with the crop tool always reverting to Same as aspect as the image? I change it to un constraint and it only holds for one crop and then goes back??? CaptureOne 15.3 ? Thanks!!

Yes I’ve noticed this too! Hopefully they patch it in an update soon.

They fixed it in 15.3.1, there’s a setting in preferences that you can set it so it works like it used to.
