Good god it’s a relief to see a video from a digi about capture one that isn’t ‘this is how you change the exposure on images’
You are the best! I've lurked on your stuff for the past couple of years since my official Digi gig. I'm primarily a photographer but am tech headed, so I get asked to tech for my photographer friends sometimes. You being so good and pretty transparent has helped me make sure I'm not undercutting full time techs on my rentals as well as helped me learn about some gear I didn't know about. Thanks so much for taking the time to share and if you're ever in the Raleigh, NC area, I'd be happy to buy you some beers.
Genius hack of the overlay tool. Been on that crop tool struggle for years. Thanks for this!
I second this!!! This is an amazing tip I wouldn't have thought of. Thanks, Brooks!
You should make more videos about digitech since it's so rare to find digitech related info!
Keep these coming! I want to drink from the firehose! 🧑🚒
Appreciate you sharing your knowledge!
Thank you so much for sharing this tips, I already knew a few of them, but the rest are soooo useful!!
I've been using capture one professionally for a long time, I'm not an expert by any means, but I'm very comfortable with the software, shortcuts, troubleshooting, etc. But I just learned some things I never knew from you vid. Thanks for the info and knowledge! I also appreciate how great your video production is and especially how cleanly and concisely you convey everything without a bunch of filler, intros, outros, blah, blah. Much respect!
These tips are so fire. Like what?! Selecting a folder instead of the next image kills me at least once a shoot! Ive needed that command arrow tip for years! Ur solving all my Digitech PITA with this haha! 🔥
Thanks for sharing! Can't wait to see your next video! 😊
Thank you George, very well done and much appreciated.
Great work, mate. Thank you for a few hidden gems there.....
So well presented and SO sorely needed! Thanks so much for sharing with practical applications for real-life tech situations, please keep 'em coming!

Thank you BD
Amazing tip on the crop overlay! How did you make your overlay? I have a shoot in 2 days and would love to use this
Would you be down to share a download for the ratio overlay that you made? So dope!

What about seeing an image for compare variant that is in another folder while shooting?
Unfortunately that is not currently possible, and I would really like capture one to add this feature. My current workaround is to command+drag to copy the image into the other folder, or to set up a smart album that will show images from both folders (I usually use the display Name field for this since I almost always include folder names in my file names)
Very coooooool! Appreciate you George!
Well done. Consider doing without background music
Dude, oh my god, it’s louder than he is. 😂
when you have all the images selected cpt 1 generates previews for every single file, therefore processor speed takes a hit
