The last item you looked at, open hose end, is the air inlet for the Pneumatic Services Equipment (PSE) pump that is located beneath the various roof hydraulic pump.👍
For anyone that needs to fill the rear hydraulic tank in their R230. I own a 2011 and you don't have to fill it this way. There is a screw on the back of the bottle that can be removed to add fluid. You can use the syringe to add the fluid. Much faster and easier.
