These 2 interviews are about the most straight forward honest ones I've ever heard! Mr. Buble` is full of love and humor and Mr. Sinatra is a philosopher!!
Great Frank Sinatra Jr. interview, nice guy and surprisingly level headed. Didn't turn to drink and drugs because he is forced to live under the shadow of his father, carved out a great career for himself, not afraid (or ashamed) to sing his fathers songs, seems to know and understand who he is, I'm very impressed.
HI 🙋🙋🙋 TO BOTH OF YOU OUT THERE . MICHEAL BUBLE YOU LOOK SO FUNNY .YOU MAKE ME LAUGH WHEN I WATCH THIS VIDEO .THANK YOU FOR SHARING .HOW BLESSED BOTH OF YOU.
What a nice, well balanced man. I only knew of him when he was starting out. And I felt kind of sorry for him; how do you live up to an icon. Frank seems very well grounded. That's good. Namaste and care, mhikl
It's an insane kind of love... A language barrier isn't too hard to overcome but to able to convey love and trust without words is a lot of work. It's breathtaking that they persisted through it and not be "celebs" about it and blow each other off just because they didn't speak a same language.
This guy is the best interviewer in the world! He makes the celebrities feel at home, talks to them like he was their best friend. And try saying "Stroumboulopoulos" 5 times fast!
This guy can really tell any story very well! He speaks clearly without the you knows, um, etc. Marvelous to hear stories about him and his dad. I have some of his dad's work. Rip to both! Thanks utube.
I was thinking that myself. The words just flow, a never-ending outpouring of perfectly pitched syntax and, yes, no fillers like...like...you know...and, thankfully, the absence of the word 'awesome'. Few people on either side of the pond can match this man and his seemingly effortless use of the English language.
Oh my god....Sinatra sounds just like his father. That voice is....I don't know. It sends vibrations through you. It possesses such a resonance! And I love the way he speaks, its hypnotizing.
Just look at him (Frank Sinatra Jr.) his mouth is exactly like his fathers and his voice is the same...it is just unfortunate his couldn't be the loose guy as his father was, we could have had years and years of more of the fabulous sound of the Sinatra music.
I really like how the interviewer let Sinatra, Jr. talk. This showed some real maturity on George's part. I met Frank Jr. many years ago. How do you live as a son of Frank Sinatra? Seems this guy did it pretty well.
It's all good, a place in time that feels good whether you lived through it or reflecting on it through original recordings or new interpretations of it. Bring it on baby....
Frank Jr was a fine musician and a successful lounge singer for many years in Vegas. An intelligent, mild mannered guy who really earned the respect of those who knew him.
when he told the story about his grandpa being sick when he was with Lu teared me up :O.. just goes to show how he isnt like other celebrities, he so down to earth and heart warming.. love michael buble
Frank Jr. Seems like a very cool cat! A true class act...yes growing up as THE LEGEND's son, had to be hard! I saw him in 88' at Ballys Reno, it was awesome!!
I've never had the pleasure of hearing Frank Sinatra Jr. in an interview and I was very impressed. He came across as intelligent, grounded, interesting and very well spoken. I love Michael Buble's voice but sometimes when he speaks his vocabulary makes me squirm. I want to tell him he doesn't need to be profane to be funny or liked, he's talented and funny without it. Great interviews!
myhrr3 You didn't know that the real Mike is a foul-mouthed BLACK LEATHER pothead who enjoys weed, sex, BLACK LEATHER and frequent midnight raids to the fridge? He is like me in a way, except for the taste in music. We both fucking love to wear BLACK LEATHERS(me head-to-toe in BLACK LEATHER is my preference) and if we don't know a fancy English word, we use Google search engine by typing in the word we don't know + "meaning" then hit the key. The "fucks" and "shits" are heard daily in conversation. They are not evil words. They may sound a bit vulgar, but this is the real Mike. I actually liked it all! It's real! No bullshit cover-ups. Oh, and Mike, nice BLACK LEATHER baseball jacket!
I like the interviews, I wish George would have asked Frank Jr what he thinks and what his father would have thought about Michael Buble. Even better would have been if Michael and Frank Jr would have sat together during the interview.
At 9:43 George says "How do you know she was not the love of your life and not some hot dude?" Either there was some joke sound editing on this clip or George pulled a Freudian slip that got quickly edited with a cut edit of Michael's answer.
Dear Frank, it's called "Get in there and FIGHT for what is RIGHT", as a little credit where credit is due" / I recall a Paul Anka, who only took credit for one verse of "MY Way", with lyrics of : "And Now The End Is Near, And So I Face The Final Curtain..." / WISH you had been around when the Good Ol' Goombas EMBRACED each other, recalling "THE KID who composed CHUCK'S Music"... / Chuck Macaluso would not even leave me with a flippin' piano, and I never asked him , or anyone for a dime / "FLY ME TO THE MOON" was written in the Bravado's Orb of The Boy Next Door, now Airforce General Jim Schaefer, while envisioning Natalie Wood performing it as a ballad, on the dance floor, into Robert Wagner's ear, for their finding their way back to each other, and I do sound better that EDDIE FLIPPIN' GORMAY whenever I perform it... ( I heard it said that your Dad called it his favorate song & only wish I could do good in not GREAT things, composing and reaching with you, if you are up for it / I always held people and places sacred, but now can not afford a decent apartment, and my little VW was totaled by some old guy running through a red light, who told the Officer, on the scene, of how he was not worried, since he owned his own business / The BRITS once dubbed me "Teen Angle" for my Musical Ability of writing in people's orbs, and Carmine Desanti had to portray CHUCKIE in a MOVIE? / Well, I can PRAY on it, can't I ? / I have some pretty good ideas of dedicated and donated music royalties, enabeling children, of all nations, fusing lofty ideals of their Gods, toward INNOCENCE PRVAILING OVER EVIL, where our Soldiers struggle WINNING HEARTS AND MINDS, and as depicted in every song, I usualy cover the gamet / Can we reach for the STARS and AIM HIGH here, imagining Good , if not GREATER DAYS AHEAD, for it was as though WE BLESSED ONE AND OTHER'S VERY SKY ! / With EVERY good thought, lyric, deed, and QUEST, and with ALL My Love, Lu Anne Moran, aka "Teen Angle", or if you would prefer "THE MOOSE", as the MARINES called me for composing "INTO THE MYSTIC" for my Great Sicilian American Uncle, Joseph Thomas Piraneo, a young MARINE who fell on Midway Island, WWII / (I was told on campus, of how Van Morrison really liked me a lot for writing him, what is now widly known as "THE SONG") / I only wish, on the Flip-Side of my lifes callamady to REACH and only need a MIRACLE ! And We DO have our memories....
Yes, I'm sure that's a Greek last name. Because there was a girl named Dimitria Apostolopoulos who appeared as a contestant on Deal or No Deal with Howie Mandel a very long time ago, and SHE was Greek. I remember her and her family smashing plates into the floor, it's a Greek tradition, lol.
Like Liza Minelli and her infamous mom, Frank Jr. was hard tasked. Liza said its always "but of course" - if they think you're good, they say "but of course, look who her mom is" - and if they think you're lousy they say "but of course, look who her mom is." Frank, Jr. was never able to break out of his dad's shadow musically/vocally - but then again, he didn't really try. He was content to work with his dad in his Frank, Sr.'s golden years. I bet you LIza would have loved for her mom to make it into her 80s.
Michael achieved exactly what he wanted. his album runs over and over again next to the old classics now. I love it for christmas.

+Christine George (Christine4PR) agree and he was a very kind man as well..

Good conversation
The fact I
Buble's voice, even without music behind him, really is that good.
I got dragged to a Buble show here in NYC and I have to say that man put on one of the best shows I have ever seen. He is beyond talented.
Frank Jr. carried the mantel of his name with grace and class - he also had his fathers' sense of humor evidently. RIP Frank Jr.
Great great interview
Looks so like his father lovely man
Thank you for the interviews. There was really time to learn a lot about the people interviewed.
HI 🙋🙋🙋 TO BOTH OF YOU OUT THERE . MICHEAL BUBLE YOU LOOK SO FUNNY .YOU MAKE ME LAUGH WHEN I WATCH THIS VIDEO .THANK YOU FOR SHARING .HOW BLESSED BOTH OF YOU.

Frank seems very well grounded. That's good.
Namaste and care,

RIP, Frank Jr....always liked him...seemed like a good kid....
I don't know why people always compare they are two different talent ,sound n style n looks different but both great singers.
It's an insane kind of love... A language barrier isn't too hard to overcome but to able to convey love and trust without words is a lot of work. It's breathtaking that they persisted through it and not be "celebs" about it and blow each other off just because they didn't speak a same language.

Wow. I laughed and clapped my hands when Frank was interviewed. Pure class.
This guy can really tell any story very well! He speaks clearly without the you knows, um, etc. Marvelous to hear stories about him and his dad. I have some of his dad's work. Rip to both! Thanks utube.

What a great interview! The banter between these two is hilarious!
I really like how the interviewer let Sinatra, Jr. talk. This showed some real maturity on George's part. I met Frank Jr. many years ago. How do you live as a son of Frank Sinatra? Seems this guy did it pretty well.
Frank Sinatra Jr. was as good as it gets.....magnificent singer!
It's all good, a place in time that feels good whether you lived through it or reflecting on it through original recordings or new interpretations of it. Bring it on baby....

Nice interview style. Not pushy, or rushed.

This is a entertaining interview
I like the interviews, I wish George would have asked Frank Jr what he thinks and what his father would have thought about Michael Buble. Even better would have been if Michael and Frank Jr would have sat together during the interview.
Frank was born earlier; Buble is just as good.
without Frank their would be no Buble..
Buble is on totally a way higher level !!!!!!!!

At 9:43 George says "How do you know she was not the love of your life and not some hot dude?"
Either there was some joke sound editing on this clip or George pulled a Freudian slip that got quickly edited with a cut edit of Michael's answer.
Brad Miller Who´s slipping ;-) here? I hear: "How do you know she was the love of your life and not just some hot curve?"
Slow it down...
anyone know the song at 24:38 ? please it's been stuck in my head for days and i can't remember what it is
+Radifan Taufiq The song is called "Something Stupid" it was originally sung by Frank Sinatra Sr. and Nancy Sinatra

Yes He is an awesome interviewer but i think i can say ''Stroumboulopoulos 5 times fast because i'm Greek,So Does This Guy Related to Greek roots?!
Is George Stroumboulopoulos a Greek?
