▶ Recipe and ingredients:
5-6 chicken legs
Salt, pepper, paprika
Butter + vegetable oil
Fry the chicken pieces on both sides over high heat
2 large onions
3-4 cloves of garlic
Fry for 5-7 minutes
Pour boiling water over 2 tomatoes (200-250 g)
250 g mushrooms
Peel the tomatoes
Salt, pepper, basil
Let simmer for 5-7 minutes
300 ml of cream
1 tablespoon of flour
you can add some water
Cover and simmer over low heat for 20 minutes
a bunch of parsley
