Another thing is, a lot of people *perceive "happiness" as a "reward" obtained AFTER going through hardships.* That's really misleading yet we often do it. Ex: People who don't love themselves thinking they'll be happier when someone else loves them. You can have the whole world loving you, but if don't try to give yourself that love, you won't feel content. Happiness is a state of mind. It should be obtained DURING that process, aka, while you are on the way to success. IF happiness was only the end result of obtaining success, we won't see broke people being happy or really successful people being unhappy. Yet we do. *Happiness is neither the start nor the end. It is the process itself.* Can't fulfill emotional requirements via physical achievements.
I hope everyone realises that even if you know change is good, you'll sometimes feel a bit of fear or rejection towards that change. Make sure you give yourselves good reasons for the change and constantly remind yourself that this change is necessary, for the future you and everyone around you. Some people think that they dont have a great effect on everyone around them when actually they do. Your our emotions, your mindset, you motivation will affect the people you live with, the people around you. Change is good, its hard but its worth it, so keep on trying. Just because you don't immediately change, doesnt mean its impossible, little by little you will be better. You might be watching videos of people releasing weight and wonder "how are they so consistent? Don't they feel demotivated sometimes? " They probably do. They dont show it in their vids. Its okay to lose motivation, but keep on goingz youll get there.
It's crazy because if all humans take this concept and understand this and understand each other on this level we can truly have world peace and understanding. Just takes time and learning.

People love to focus on the physical outward health yet our mental and emotional health is neglected and often what we believe about us in the world is what actually makes us who we are meaning if we don't change our thinking we can't truly change ourselves.
It's true, there is not as much focus here. However in day to day work and schooling our brains get smashed with many things that are totally unnecessary. However it's super important we do exercise the body. It's directly link to the brain to the point they are not seperate. Meaning have a healthy body and you'll have a far better shot of a healthy mind. People do not exercise enough in general and the ones that do over exercise in general. What needs to change is the message. Is it not asthetics, that's just a pleasing bonus for most. What's really going on is we are improving our physiology and if we function better we feel better. Extremely important= vitality.
