Wow i learnt so much from this video, my pups stopped nursing in the night i adjusted my temperatures as per the video and boom theyre straight back on! Totally agree with tube feeding its a life saver i feed one of my last pups for a week by tube as it wouldnt eat, it definately would have died, greetings from the UK

Thank you for all your advice. Help please. French bulldog pups. 4 days.. They suck my finger with nuture mate on it.. Can i tube feed them that? If so how much? The ones I tube feed are weighing at 7.4 oz. Thank you
Very informative! I have a different question tho. I have a puppy that seems really full and is crying nonstop started about 3 hrs ago, and I've tried to stimulate him and I got out some poop but still seems to be really bloated. So I did some research and seeing that you can do a syringe with Distilled water about 2 CC's I only used 1 1/2 but he didn't even go potty afterwards any still crying. I am still trying to stimulate but nothings happening so maybe all the poop did come out he just has a bad to me tummy ache? but I've had 3 liters and I can always get them to go poo when this happens. It was the first time I've had to use distilled water, but you'd think it would just come right out after that or at least the water?

My dog had terrible case of the runs after birth and it went on for 9 plus days. We took her to the vet and they put her on Royal Canin gastro dog food. This fixed the issue but now she is having trouble producing milk😮. She started back on puppy food after 3-4 days on gastro adult food but hasnt helped. Is there anything I can do to get her milk to come back? Or is it too late 😢😢😢?? She has no trouble filling up the 3 smaller puppies but the two large boys are crying and upset after every feed. We tried fenugreek but are having trouble pinning down the right dose for our 4 kg dog and scared of triggering off her bowels yet again

What temperature should I set my incubator for new born puppies??
Your puppy incubator should be at 85-90 degrees Fahrenheit for the first week. During the second week, you should slowly be reducing the temperature to 80 degrees. From then forward lower the temperature gradually until it is about 70 degrees when the puppies reach 6 weeks. Sheryl at Revival
What makes you decide on the tube feed or a bottle?
The age of the baby. Babies don't develop a gag reflux until around 2-3 weeks of age. If trying to bottle feed or syringe feed babies can aspirate fluids into the lungs if they don't have a gag reflux so tube feeding is the best way. The Paws Squad

So of 11 puppies, 1 was born breech with placenta detached already, and looked ho entry blue. I did a swing and removed mucus... and we got movement, and a squeek and movements less than a minute. She is real pink and busy now.. and mom nursing all well.. so.. do i need to worry about delays?

another question - will using a parasite product for so long become resistant to it?
Yes, a resistance to medication can build up. It's recommended to switch medications. For example > deworm with pyrantel first and then safeguard after will help building up a resistance. Using only one medication to deworm may cause a greater chance of resistance. The Paws Squad
