Really peaceful/calm & scenic place, no wonder why Sagada had been a favorite retreat place of miss Angel Aquino since the first time she went there during her college days & since then had a lot of trips & keeps going back.....Well, according to her she prefers mountains than beaches & also because locals there doesn't bother her & really respect your personal space/moment.
But you know what rather than to highlight these plenty of beautiful Igorot towns/communities & their culture Its just a shame & stupid how until today school textbook authors/teachers & some lowland folks portray Igorots & have these thoughts of nonsense ignorant stereotypes when in reality they seem to be more well-off, have nicer communities w/ well made/sturdy nice houses & have a better living condition in general in comparison to what is normally seen in the lowland areas w/ lots of lousy poorly made houses especially in the rural communities wherein the disparity of the haves & have-not is also very obvious, it's just shameful because I honestly say that Igorots have more to be proud of as their very own than in the lowlands that usually takes pride of these colonial structures & these usual natural beauties of nature like beaches to foreign tourists. Anyways, I'm just ranting😁😅maybe because I feel ashamed & because I had been to these areas in the Cordilleras & I'm fascinated & amazed how many beautiful structures of rice terraces are actually scattered around these provinces that are just not that famous & a bit far but very beautiful like the ones in Maligcong for ex. not to mention the vegetable terraces & the locals have better nicer communities than areas that I had seen in some of the tourist destinations in the PH like Cebu, Bohol, Palawan etc. which I wish look or close like Sagada.🥰Sheeesh😁
    Anyways, tnx👍
