There is nothing misleading about a clip showing actors appreciating Trump, before the establishment told them not to. This is exactly what this clip is all about. Showing that actors will say and do whatever it takes to keep their job in liberal Hollywood. So think twice before giving two shits about celebrity endorsements.

But I gotta say, I agree with Geoffrey Rush on this one. "Celebrity politicians" (of the kind who get elected basically •because• they are larger than life celebrities) are a terrible idea.
Of course it's only natural that people who carry the weight of so many daily problems (how to feed the family, sick kids, keeping the house clean, have to pay the bills, etc.) don't have the mental energy to look into this critically.
And I don't subscribe to the idea that, because people are famous, they automatically don't have anything to say on any matter.

A lot of people who are recognized by the public find it advantageous to give an opinion because people might be more likely to at least pay attention to them.
