A mental bodybuilder....I love that! That's what it's like. You have ups and downs, and with each down you get more practice bringing yourself up. That's how resilience and growth happen. I struggled a lot at your age, but things really did get a lot better. You're experiencing a lot of change, but also are brave enough to put yourself out there. I can tell from how you talk about your mental health that you already have the mindset you need to manage it. Hang in there, and remember that the moment you're in is only a moment.

The USA didn’t end in trauma for me. Only SF had a sad experience connected to it :) i really enjoyed my time in the USA overall. I was just ready to go home after 3 months!
