My crashes every time I hit the pause menu or request a call. Just take me out of duty and I hit f4 and load the plungin and just kick me out of duty.

Launch rage plugin hook and hold shift on your keyboard , the menu will pop up and make sure your timeout threshold is set to 60,000

Usually due to an out of date plugin or script . Try making sure all scripts and plugins you have installed are all up to date

Could be a mod causing the game to crash or debug as soon as you get into a persuit , comment if you want me to make a video for you to try and fix it ;)
