That cot tent is ingenious. It's like a portable hammock that doesn't require trees. So you get the comfort of a hammock and the spaciousness of a tent. Perfect combo in my opinion. Too bad Thermarest stopped making cot tents, their cots looked super compact with their tiny legs.
It was a very comfortable sleep. I left it setup in the mountains and hope to revisit it soon when a thunderstorm is going to roll through for an overnight rain test.
Greetings from Australia and really like your ebike setup. I'd ditch the gay white writing on the sides and spray paint it OD. How good would it be if you could recharge your ebike by solar? Totally self sufficient. You could get a USMC EBNS for the cot. Awesome American technology. I'm thinking of making biltong or jerky as well. Your kit makes for a good camp out bush.

You may not want to sit on the edge of the cot with the mosquito net open and your head lamp on. Your invitation to the bug population will be accepted I guarantee! Set up the chair you brought with you and get your shoes off. Leave the light off till you quickly unzip, jump in and rezip. Less unwanted company that way.
Very true that's the one thing about filming at night this time of year. A few stray bugs flew in but they all flocked to the little lantern I had hanging inside and I took care of em haha
