Turn off and Hardware reset are the same, nothing tunr off after 6 sec. I need push in two solarflow hub always 10 sec. To turn off

I have two of these and they are full of software faults. The app reports incorrect readings and despite the latest firmware the system is still full of bugs. Customer support ignores all messages relating for these despite evidence provided. And before you all say... mine works and you don’t know what you are doing. I am a retired software engineer having worked for many years in this field.

Turn off and Hardware reset are the same and the differnce is only 4 sec. This should be improved, Zendure!
