That first boss was sick!! 😲Neat visual design, cool bullet patterns and impressive pre-rendred scaling effect on the satellites surrounding it. Crazy stuff this is like a mid 90s arcade quality shmup. I'm not hurry though, I infinitely prefer the devs to take the necessary time to make this a banger on all fronts. And personally I don't even want to play a demo either, I want to go the oldskool way all the way through getting the max enjoyment the day I'm getting my copy 😊

Do you really think that a SNES can handle this when Earthion will surely be above Thunder Force IV? You only have to see the dynamism of Earthion to understand that this level of action has not been seen nor will it be seen on a Super Famicom. @@allbundy432Acredito que o Super Nintendo não conseguiria desenvolver alguns jogos do Mega Drive no mesmo nível de ação e velocidade. Exemplos: Gunstar Heroes, Adventures Batman and Robin, Contra Hard Corps, Streets of Rage 3, Streets of Rage 2 (no modo hardest e mania), Eliminate Dawn, Dynamite Headdy e RedZone. Alem disso, ainda na época, mais de 70 jogos para ambos sistemas, o Mega Drive foi superior. Sua maior vantagem é seu processador que tem uma velocidade de processamento superior e uma quantidade de polígonos por segundo o dobro do Snes. A Nintendo sabendo dessa deficiência técnica do seu console, teve que fazer Chips Especiais, inclusive um para turbinar a capacidade poligonal, o Super FX.
You are right . Earthion looks leagues above TF 4 and basically any shooter released on Genesis. This looks and sounds like an advanced Neo Geo release.
Looks and sounds largely great but the constant warning voice is irritating and the weapon voices need a change, the voice isn't a good tonal choice for the action
No ... I greatly dislike that overrated toaplan game design. I prefer old school shooters with actual good level design than ones that fill the screen with bullets
@@ajsingh4545 What are you talking about Willis ? Most Toaplan games are note bullet hell. Look at Twin Cobra, Flying Shark etc... The bullet hell era started when they mutated into Cave. I was referring to mid 80s Toaplan difficulty. The one that made you put another quarter in.
I wasn't expecting this level of technical trickery. The transition from hanger to flight/flight to end screen is very impressive.
