The problem for this ikea door is that they bend and feel way too flimsy, not to mention that they won't line up or won't stay line up after a few months. I had one. One way is to use the dimension of the door to make another one with 1/2 or 5/8 single piece plywood, and use 6 hinges instead of 2-3. A single piece 8x4 plywood should make you 2 doors (4 if you also want two small ones like the one on the top) veneer the edge, cut for the glass window that you remove from ikea door

They come with handles but you can totally opt out of them! Maybe fill with knob holes with caulk?
