I think that it's a process of getting used to your new life without the aid of alcohol. Not because it's better for me but because it's easy, I'm still in my early twenties and I know if I don't slow down this lifestyles going to catch up with me. I drank 12 beers in a row within a few hours last night and realized meditation is what I really need. Druken and something in my soul realized the alcohol can't ever help but meditation really can. I listened to experiences of people who meditated an hour and even 10+ hours and it all seemed like they had deeper self processing of emotions and void and all kinds of things that many often compensate for with toxic vices. Hungover but this realization is powerful enough to shine beyond the pain. The irony to use a detachment substance because of feeling so detached from myself. Really living does seem key, meditating to process a clean space within and allow life. Meditation seems like a "true relief" while vices are merely an "illusion of relief" with a lot of business exploiting this matter - not interested in revealing meditation for this goes against their business model.

Seemed impossible, but it’s been over 7 months and I don’t crave a drop of alcohol, the KEY difference was that I didn’t suffer withdrawal, not even within the first 30 days after I actually applied what I talked about.
