At my school, people set fire in the garbage can in the boys washroom, they took hand sanitizer and dumped it in the garbage then used a lighter to light it on fire. The worst thing is they did it twice because the first time the fire alarm didnt go off, and they didnt get caught. Also it was the hottest day of the year 😭
At my school two S1’s (first year of highly school in Scotland I think it might be the same as 8th grade??) set first to our pe hall and burnt down half of the school! The new school is being build soon I think but will take years, the fire was November 2019

13:40 Reminds me of my school. The boys barely had toilets as the stuff was a wreck and ''somehow'' the boys kept setting fires in there. Nobody was allowed in there for four months....so we ended up using the girls' bathroom as ''punishment''? To this day, I will never understand this one, but believe me, it was like going through a minefield blindfolded. The place was a constant warzone, waterballoons, projectiles, scuffles, cherry bombs, flooding the place. Constant yelling and shouting. Yeah, it was absolute carnarge.

The boys at my school completely WRECKED their bathrooms, broken toilets, somehow knocked out a sink and flooded the bathroom, and just trashed it. Because of that THE WHOLE CLASS had to go to the bathroom together. Our men teachers allowed girls to use the bathroom quicker than our 24 year old women teacher did. The craziest thing is, our young women teacher got a really good student sent to the head principal for asking the girl next to her for a pad after the teacher didn’t have any.
Yall can we appreitate the fact that she is such a fricken QUEEN like i will be binge watching her vids at like 3AM

Luckily when I started my period I was sleeping, it was a suprise to go to sleeep with white sheets and wake up with the japanese flag under me. But a month later, one day I forgot to bring my period pack to school (middle school) and I started my period, it bled through my pants, but luckily a guy pulled me aside and told me I just started my period and then gave me his jacket to wrap around my waist and told me he had sisters too so it was fine (he is/was my crush for 3 years) i thank him to this day

Today was my third day back at school. All I can say is that the whole drama thing is way too accurate. I’m already drowning in drama that I’ve randomly been pulled into!

The first day of middle school, we started off in the gym for an assembly. When they released us to go to class, I thought we were going to 4th period. I went to my 4th period class and all the other kids were 7th graders. Most of them knew me, so they thought I was just advanced in science, lol. The teacher asked if everyone was in their 3rd period class, and I raised my hand. She looked at my schedule and told me where I should be.
Can anyone else image her being the chill and super understanding teacher?

I'm so happy because I just got my second period (I only got 21 days of peace lol) and I'm going to a friend house tomorror for a sleepover, I was kinda freaking out about how to deal with it there, but then it stopped this morning. Good timing. Thank you, mother nature

The one about the fire in the bathroom? Something like that happened when I was in high school. All I can remember is that it was the plastic thing where they keep toilet paper that was set on fire (day was over, we were about to leave). It was something like that at least. It was such a crazy thought that I didn't even think about it the next days.
Not first day, but like the end of the year. My English class is always moving around the school instead of taking class in the right classroom. The day before I was absent and since I was a loner I had nobody to ask so I didn’t know where my class was so I went to the nurses office (the nurse is related to me) and said I didn’t know where my class was so the nurse took me to the office and got a teacher that took me to my social studies class? I just accepted my fate and took class with the wrong class and I got a lot of weird looks. It was so awkward when I went to that class when I was supposed to haha. My teacher pulled me aside and asked if I already took this class, and I said that I went to his class at the wrong time and my teacher laughed at me and carried on with his work😭
I told my mom what happened and she also laughed at me and said I got that kind of stupidity from her

The story about reading notes aloud reminds me of the teacher that woul make people answer their phones on speaker in class, and the class set up a prank for the teacher to have a pregnancy clinic call someone in the class and say they were pregnant... the teacher felt pretty bad after that

There has been times that I have gotten my period at school and I was expecting it and thankfully my male shop teachers always have a gallon sized ziploc bag full of pads and tampons, I am so thankful for this even tho they are very crappy supplies from the school nurse it saves me an awkward trip to the nurse

a lot happened when I got my first period, My mum had a work trip so she wasn't there and I didn't know how to tell my dad but he realised something was off and I ended up telling him my stomach hurt and I ended up in hospital, when my mum got back I had no idea how to tell her that what my dad thought was something dangerous was just my period so I didn't tell her for 3 months and I had to use the supplies they had at school or I got them off of my friend... She knew i was hiding something and thought i was lesbian for some reason.
When I was in a cast my class were absolutely fascinated by it.

When I was in 7th grade I started school in a cast on my foot because I had surgery. And one of my friends was helping me around and she didn’t ditch me :). Oh and last year I had a broken elbow and I almost tore my MCL. It’s been a rough few years lol
One other thing that's actually happy about going back to school.
I get to harass my friends with stuff about one direction and in person not over email
It feels so weird not going back to school this fall because I just graduated high school in June!
the trash can story gave me flash backs to the beginning of school in 8th grade and i think i threw my homework in the recycling on accident an the teacher told me to dig through the recycling in front of the whole class while she was trying to give a lesson. i never found what i was looking for.

It wasn't the first day of school, It was the middle of the school year, 4th grade, luckily home schooled (not during covid, before, I'm not that young) and It was also a month after I turned 10. I started my period... I was so scared to tell my mom and the worst part is that we was living with other people at that time.

In 7th grade my mom was signing me up or whatever and it was on a friday , My mom and I thought they would make me start Monday nah, they made me start that day (or I had to wait a whole other week) when I havent taken a shower, had my pajamas on (shorts that barely covered the finger tip rule) tennis shoes, and my hair looked like a rats nest, they gave me a notebook and a pencil and told me to be on my merry way to class. I didn't know where my classes were and everything looked the same, so I was lost and embarrassed on my "first" day of school 😀 (also to know the school started a week before, I knew no one cause I just moved to a different state so I was also alone)

This is very inconvenient back to school story! I moved to the next town over during the summer and was going to a new school, a few days before the first day of school I got my period and had to go to the first week of school on my period. Plus the second day of school there was a severe heat warning and we had to leave early and couldn’t going swimming later cause I hadn’t used tampons yet.

Middle school is so scary because kids and brutal and if you fit into beauty standards, you will be made fun of, while you didn’t have a care in the world about your looks in elementary and instead just have fun with your friends 😭

I have my first day of hs on the 29th! I’m really scared tbh but I also went to a band camp for the marching band so Ik a few seniors and ppl in my school. I also have some friends but not many in my classes
I had to start my 6th grade year in an air cast cuz I had fractured something in my foot and I'll never forget on the first day I couldn't open my locker so I had to ask my teacher for help and she asked why I couldn't just give it a good kick then she looked at my foot
In my Middle School, the deans and assistant principals were the people who supervised the lunches.
Not the first day of school, but the last day of my senior year of high school: Spent it in the emergency room because I had a severe allergic reaction to something. What? I have no idea. I just woke up with a puffy face. Missed the senior send off for a day in the hospital.
My worst back to school isn’t that bad but basically I was late to school and my teacher was new so I had never met her before. I got really panicked because I couldn’t find my class, started like tearing up and I am got in trouble for being on my phone because I was calling my Mum. Not really embarrassing or bad but for me it was.
We had a dress up day where we wore our Halloween costumes in 3rd grade. My mom got the date wrong for it and I showed up to school in a monster high costume with my face painted bright blue. I bawled and she had to come pick me up. I’m a senior now and I’m still called smurfette

This year is my first ever year of Public School, and my first year of high school. I ended up having to spend over an hour in the office and then I got sent home, all because they thought I wasn't enrolled. Turns out they spelled my Guardian's name wrong and they couldn't find me in the system.

I’m gonna list mine since i just got my first period!
I carry around a black bag for my pads so I don’t bleed though (especially during pe) I was carrying it around and telling people if they dare to open it I’ll punch them,Bc I don’t want them touching my lady products and I carried it from one class to another,My teachers didn’t know I had gotten it but I think they noticed me with a bag and put two and two together (all female btw except band and pe) at the end I got questioned and it made me feel bad but I just said “non ya business!” And when I ran into my male friend he said “why are you bringing your purse too the bathroom?” And I got embarrassed and ran into the ladies room, the whole school thought it was drugs that’s the horror part (sorry it’s so long)
Ok so i was new at my school and i was so post to start on a Friday but instead i started on the following monday. Anyway, on the Friday i was to start there was a BOOM THREAT and they had to go under lock down for 3 hours. Imagine your first impression of a school is this? Also i love you Sharon

so i was at a party with a friend who goes to a different school to me, and one of her best friends from her school was there (let’s call her hailey). well fast forward to later, i just wanted to go home, and so i went to the bathroom, but the lock wasn’t working and hailey’s dad was already in there😭 after i went home i was still so embarrased but realised she doesn’t go to the same school as me so the chances i’ll see her dad again is very low, but uhm… now he works at my school, and whenever i saw him i would actually hide, but he’s going to be my new math teacher when i go back to school…

One time in kindergarten I was on the way to school and i was playing with my leapfrog with my teddy bear in my lap and when we arrived I left my backpack in the car and took in my teddy bear and my leapfrog. ok first day of year 6 (grade 7 i think) I bump into my crush on the playground in the morning and he just looks at me like wtf. Bad enough right?!
WRONG that same day i was wearing the uniform skirt that happened to be shorter than my other school skirts because it was one from the last year. Then came PE, that day we weren't going to change into our PE kits because it was just running. All fine at first then the wind came. Obviously, my skirt wwas shorter than usual so it blew up and everyone saw my knickers. BUT what makes it even worse is i didn't realise i had gotten my period that day. Period stain on my knickers. The laughing stock for the few weeks I stayed at that school. Lesson learnt always wear a normal size skirt with black shorts underneath
