Thank you for sharing. I am new to the scooter world & am looking to learn as much as I can before I buy a hyperscooter. I am looking in the range of about $2500. I am thinking about the zondoo roadhitter. But I am a little nervous because it's from China. So I am a little nervous if something breaks down will I be able to fix it or figure it out or even find replacement parts. Definitely I am going to do my research on Yume & see if that is a better option for me.
I just got the y11 + I love it and had no problems besides the headlights broke but we called them up and they refunded the whole thing and let us keep the scooter
Do you think this would fit in a trunk or a large sedan? I know it’s heavy to lift but how about size when folded? Are the handlebars easy to take off for transportation? Or are they collapsible? Thank you.
I just bought the Y11 plus mainly because of your reviews. I have not had quite the same luck as you. Mine will randomly switch between speed modes and single and dual motor. I have been in touch with customer support (which is a hassle due to the time difference) and they are sending me a new center display and power, mode, function switch. I have my doubts that this will fix the problem. The scooter is really powerful and was a blast to ride until it started acting up. Now its a safety hazard. Do you have any idea what could be causing the issue. My scooter is the newer version with the center display and NFC tags. I have never had it wet or dropped it. I was thinking the issue was in the controller not the display, but we will see if their solution fixes the problem. On a side note, I really wish the scooter had the e-brake regen that they advertise. Unfortunately it does not. Thanks for your time and help in advance.
I have not seen the new version in person at all. We have several of the ones that are in my video and we have had zero issues. I have never had mine switch in and out of speeds. Is it still a push button like the original. I how they can get this resolved but I am going to start checking because I was thinking of buying the new y11 or maybe x13.
@markmarkos133 so the y11 was supposed to have the LG battery and that's what mine was supposed to have when I ordered it but it does not. I have not had the LG battery but we have 6 y11 units in total with no issues.
I have that scooter and that is a big lie like that’s not Y 11 that’s the Y 10 for for the star that’s wrong wrong about the tubes because the Y 11 or AK the Y 10 it’s not called a Y 11 that’s a different model guess what the rims do not come apart and guess what they’re tubeless they do not have air tubes inside them. It’s like on the side they tube less and if you want to go to dirt to street tires you have to put the street tires and you have to put tubes inside them and guess what you’re doing with the old way tire irons because guess what that rim don’t split apart
it's not a lie, there are variants of Y11 like that one that has split rims, got one the same. Don't be a smart ass just because of what you had. It's not clearly what you think. You are not making the video, you are just a watcher just like me.

Go to Yume Scooter Official Community on Facebook. Usually get pretty good results.
@@scotty2hottie324 it's not the same push button like the older version.
@@scotty2hottie324 I posted a video of the problem on Facebook. Along with an explanation.
@@scotty2hottie324 The new one has tubeless tires also. It came with street tires and knobby tires.
I have a question.Will it be too low for me?I am 6'4
No sir. The handle bars rise up. I had a friend with one he was over 6 foot no issues. I'm 5,8 and the bars rise up to my chest if that helps.
@@scotty2hottie324 Thank you.Are you halpy with battery life?I read that some prefer x11 because Y does not have LG battery.

Thanks for the insights
How has the y11 treated you?
I have not had any issues with it at all. We bought 7 of them.
These are good machines. Very powerful. Yellow button in red button out for normal driving. As you die up you can add more power.
