I ordered this in black and had some issues so Yume sent me the updated gold one and this thing is so awesome. They fixed all of the small issues. Mine has no slop, no rattles, no noise and rides like a champ. I’m 250lbs and I went up to 55mph with throttle to spare. Yume also redesigned the damper and it rides like a Cadillac now. Get the gold scooter and you won’t be disappointed. In a few years, as long as the quality stays the same or continues to improve, they’re going to give KAABO and Nami a run for their money. I’m very happy with this scooter and you will be too.
Just make sure you loctite the bolts for the headlights or they’ll loosen a little. Other than that, make sure your tire pressures good and you’ll love this thing. I’ve had it for a year and have had no issues. There’s a bike path by my house that runs parallel to the road and I like to go on there and then race cars😂 They look at you like they saw a ufo😂 The other day I was doing it and looked down and saw I was going 58mph and the speed limit on the road next to me was only 35. You’re gonna really like this thing once you get on it. Just be careful at first, if you’re not ready for it, the speed can be a little intimidating but after that, it’s awesome. Have fun bro.
Mine had a bad shake at high speed so balanced my front wheel that was it, buy some sticky back lead balance weights and move them opposite the valve stem that usually works nice and smooth now.

The new version v2 of the X11 is much better. I purchased the new one also and now have the old one and the new one. For the price in this territory there is nothing better. You have to deal with little issues.
The fenders are cheap plastic and WILL break your first or second off-road ride. Yume will sell you proper steel fenders however you will be charged $100 for this necessary upgrade. It should come with metal fenders from the start
After about 30+ emails back and forth with Yume over the cheap plastic fenders that broke off(short original steering damper at fault for not allowing a proper turning angle) I finally got metal fenders sent from Yume(free) and though I like them, they add more weight and come loose, the bolts holding the fenders constantly loosen up, I may have to improvise it.
Just purchase mine, and it now comes with metal fenders and new steering damper. Horn compass however no longer included. Also retail is 150-200 cheaper
I have a tiff gallop 5600watt 60amp same scooter their swapping colors and a few different parts, thier great scooters solid and easy to repair I ride mine all around on errands added a rear wrack large storage bag, as well extra lights, alarm and a stereo gets around at 35 to 45 mph smoothly. You will get used to the weight I have a seat on mine I'm 60 years old and a bad back, make sure you check every nut and bolt. And add a ramp to your stairs to get in & out of your home.
I have the scooter, it is not waterproof. In fact where the wires go to the battery you can see there isn't enough sealant covering the gap. I have about 150miles on it and only once got caught in rain but stopped by a pedestrian underpass until rain stopped and I have ridden on wet pavement but not while raining at any given time.
No scooters are waterproof. The last number in an IPXX rating is level of water resistance out of 9. So a $7000 dualtron at IPx5 is the same level of waterproof as this.
You need to change your stance while riding, both feet together is wrong. Place 1 foot in front of the other and angle them slightly. You will feel far more planted and confident.
