This place in Italy is good for tourist , they are relying from tourists.
They lived there for hundreds if not thousands years without tourists Put away your envy wherever you come from. It does not honour you.
I'm sorry but Courmayeur is a touristic location.
It doesn't really represent the "alpine life" to be honest.
It's simply touristic and renowned.
I love Northern Italy and these are not Villages though these are megacities
