Thank you! Pretty shades...I'm fair complected with cool/pink undertones. My faves are 1. Pink Cult! 2. Unconventional, 3. Forever Marilyn "Perfect Cheek", 4. Pink Tea, 5. Taupe Shape....love MAC beauty powders, have several. Favorite is Forever Marilyn "Beauty Powder" and "Light Sunshine" similar to Forever Marilyn but w/shimmer. Prim and Proper, and "Natural" from Disney Maleficent collection. Very nice beauty powder!
I enjoyed your video. It was fast an very helpful. Alot of people talk too much but this was so thorough. Thank you, I am so getting Sunbasque. I have similar ones to the rest. But I may try Melba 😀 thanks again!!
Thank you Elicia, you made me decide for the Sunbasque. Very helpful. I will order -to Amazon- now and let's see how it goes. I live in Japan and the MAC colors are different here,
I went to Mac today and tried Melba. I wanted to try peaches but the tester wasn’t there . Help me please , which one would you recommend ? I’m NC20 neutral-warm undertones . Great video btw 💕💕💕
thank you for sharing I don't own any mac blushes but I do want to make a palette soon & I am definitely adding all the shades you mentioned because they're right up my alley ♡♡♡
Viewer: 3:58 all shades on her hand. Would be great if labeled! For those of us that only have time for bottom line! I like Melba! Looks good on u and I appreciate the swatches at end.
I just discovered your videos and love your make-up....I just ordered Melba (have never used a MAC blush before, but I'm excited to use it)....looking forward to more of your videos, I just subscribed :)
Hi, I'm a beauty therapist & I love Estee Lauder & Urban Decay eye liners. I have yet to buy the EL one but I read, it's very popular, creamy and vibrant colour too. I have UD liners, in a few shades, it's about 20 euro (as a medium to high end brand go, 20 euro price point, is actually not bad value, I've seen some up to 40 euro!) but very creamy and gorgeous range of shades. I used to think, oh it's madness paying over 10 euro (my aim was try to spend 5 or less lol) for lip and eye liners, saying they were all the same but that's just not true. You may be lucky and find a creamy eye liner, for under 10 euro /dollars /pounds, but that's rare. As you mature, I'm 47 now, you really do need creamy, good quality (many are infused with oils ie jojoba etc) that nourish the skin but also, help the product to glide on easily. You don't want a cheap, 5 euro liner that's rock hard and drags your delicate skin. It's never a good idea but when your skin it taught, in your 20s and 30s, you can get away with them being harder. It took me years to realise that, less is more and buying say 3 or 4 say, eye pencils (a brown, black, nude /white and the most flattering or favourite coloured one) and paying more (approx 20 each) was more sensible than having 30, of the rock hard, under 10 euro ones. It's hard to let go of a vast, make up collection but in the end, you will look younger and the more expensive cosmetics (there are a few high street holy grail products, that are the exception, but in general, for example, Rimmel do a super, creamy, full coverage, stick concealer called 'hide the blemish' that's about 8 euro and you can Google others but again, I'm speaking in general). God bless :) ps. Not to nag but I wouldn't wear eye liner, on the water line too often, you don't want to end up with a blocked, eye duct, an eye infection or in extreme cases, sight loss. Personally, I hate lining the water line, it irritates my eyes, makes the eyes look smaller (unless you use a nude or white shade) and slides off and ends up, blotchy on the corners. Plus, even if you use a very long lasting one, remember, to remove it you're going to be dragging the eye skin & possibly get some eye make up removal product, into your eyes too. If you were my client, I would advise you to only do your water line, on a special occasion or just once a week, if you like to go clubbing. :)
Hello, Elicia thank you for your succint and great review, including the swatches. I'm hoping you can help me. I am bed bound so I can't just go into a shop and swatch these blushes, to see them in reality. I have many blushers but apart from orgasam by Nars, the rest are high street brands oh I do have a crazy loud, cherry red Inglot one (it looked good, on the video to give a flushed, pretty and youthful glow lol but in reality, it's very intimidating and pigmented, I degress!) I need your advice, looking at your swatches I think, I love peaches the most but I love melba too. I want to ask you, (I know you said, Sunbasque is your most versatile but I don't like darker bronzer or bronze shade blushers) I want a medium toned, peach shade blusher but I can't pick, which one to get first that will also just suit many looks. I see many peach toned ones like melba, then I like peachykeen and your peaches too! Seeing as you actually see these, in natural light can you please advise me on what shade of peach you think, is the medium toned peach one? I don't want the hassle of a build able one either! I just want it, to be the medium shade, noticeable peach in one go pretty much. I get confused too with the many finishes to chose from! I want, if it is possible, the medium toned peach in matt (matt is very flat and ageing, I'm 47 but if you do a louder eye or lip look, you may not want a shimmery blush! I don't mind if the only medium peach is mineralised or shimmery but just asking do u know a matt BUT, I want the option of layering a blush, over the matt peach to make it sparkle. That's why I was thinking of getting the Springsheen one, to do just that, however, do you know if that's the most neutral shades that is shimmery? Reason being, you can then use it over many shades. Please excuse the essay but I'm only asking, so you'd be my eyes! If I like the look and feel of the first ones I buy, then I'll just buy many but for now, as I said I just need a decent peach shade one and ideally, in matt and either a peachy shimmery one, to add on top for a pop of sparkle or as universal a shimmer one as possible (kind of like your nude lipstick equivalent) I hope you understood all that. As I said though, if you do know of a nice peach that has a shimmery or mineralised finish, I'd be happy if you'd tell me what one to get too. Many thanks and God bless. Love, Mathona in Ireland xx
Hi Mathona, I’m glad this was helpful. I would say Melba is the most universal medium toned matte peach shade! Goes great with everything! If you want to add a sheen you could pick up Springsheen down the road 😉
@@EliciaAragon hi darling. Thank you so much for your help. I'm going to go to MAC UK now and buy both of those. You made me so happy. I'm trying to get some self esteem back. It's tough plus dealing with the peri menopause, you lose your looks as you age and that's hard too. I really appreciate you. God bless. Lots of love, Mathona but you can call me Mattie :)
I love warm tones and peachy blushes.
Great video, I love MELBA and Pinch Me, definitely two of my top Mac blushes that I love.
