I installed windows 11 from dev channel and after few days moved to windows 10 by clicking on recover option. I successfully moved to windows 10 without any problem.it took 5-10 minutes on my ssd

Try deleting the Cache or Temp memory ...
Type Win+R search "temp" select all delete permanently
2.Win+R Search "Prefetch"
Select all and shift + delete
Don't worry Only temp files made by the prgrams will be deleted no Important file will be effected..
And I think You must have installed any software that updates every day like "Windows Updates".. And updates automatically installed in your pc, Disable for automatic download...Search on UA-cam for" disabling auto updates for Windows"

--And if You install any software select the particular drive as all software Uses Default "c" drive for installation..

I have joined windows insider but not install windows 11 and leave the insider program but I m facing hanging problem in my laptop what I have to do now.
After Sometime of joined windows 11 home insider program i face many problems like keyboard windows button is not working. Settings app is not working.

Go for an SSD HDD is very very slow 256 is very very low go for at least a 512 GB SSD that too go for M.2 NVME
It depends on your budget. If you are low on money buy the hardisk version and upgrade it with an SSD in future according to your needs

some Important Question & Suggestion
1) can Install Win 11 in Pirated Win 10 because in Asia 95% computers have pirated software.
2) if wana take risk for win11 so my suggestion take a backup of your win 10 so in case of any problem you can go back (Restore win partation) there are many options in market but i am using Macrium Reflect 8.0.5946 x64

If you are having just 256gb it's not enough as windows also takes place some space and increases after update.the solution is to add hdd or increase ssd to 512 gb minimum
