I bought a 87’ brougham d’elegance when I was in the military and I traded it in to finance another vehicle to boost my credit and I’ve regretted it ever since. These cars are so beautiful to have a car from the late 80’s early 90’s that has things like automatic headlight dimmers and rides so smoothly is a work of art. I love the channel bud keep up the great work!!

Anthony, this was fascinating. I always imagined that it was the seat padding that interferes with the motor mechanicals, over time. Now I have a better understanding of the power recliner operation. From a functional view, I see no difference between a manual versus power recliner. But luxury kudos goes to the power recliner, it's a Cadillac thing!

Thank you for showing me how to get in under, my '90 coupe de the seat will not come to the upright position from the recline, it moves back and ahead, from a very recline to not an upright enough.. it is as if this auto had a very large driver and someone had to do something to accomidate a very large gut. I just bought this used car 149k miles in very good shape, it needs some minor fixes, the toggle cover for the right side window, the , the courticie light for the bottom of the passengers door, the chrome trim for the right wheel well, and a right side head lamp glass, hope that I can find these parts up here in northern B. C.
