BEST EVER Beef Jerky and Huge batch of Chili

The best beef jerky I have ever made and a super hearty Chili.

For the Chili I used lean ground hamburger, fried till browned nicely. In your cooking pot cut up a couple onions, at least 2 cans of diced tomatoes, red kidney beans, brown beans (black beans work well also) and season with the following ingredients to your liking - garlic, salt, pepper and chili powder. I also put in a can of corn and some barley- omit if you do not like but we think they just add to the flavoring.
