You can qualify as a solicitor but how will you practice in the UK as you would need a sponsor ( employer ). First you WILL need to come as a visitor to the UK not AS under student visa since this is a professional qualification unless you do master with SQE. Let's say you pass SQE, difficulties would be to get working for a firm of solicitors. You can't switch your visa from visit to another category. There are so many other things to consider.
