I find the dutch crowds generally static. Is it because in this case it was a 40-50+yo crowd? I wasn't expecting Argentina-type vibes, but still! Get loose 🤘😜🤘
This kind of music is never on air over here so the newer generations won't have any clue, they were there but that was it. Personally I was in front and the crowd in front was alive there...
Yeah! Thunderstruck, Highway to Hell . Deze songs blijven toch altijd goed net als veel muziek uit de jaren 60,70,80 en 90. En wat een mensen massa komen er bij die optredens van deze artiesten nog op af. Krijg daar zelf spaans benauwd van als ik daar tussen sta maar wel mooi voor al die mensen die ervan kunnen genieten. Hou het wel gezellig met elkaar en doe geen rare dingen die men anders ook niet doet. Tijdens hun optreden uit je dak gaan PRIMA maar geweld of andere wreedheid is niet oké en normaal.✌👍
It’s a good idea, with each city repped in the signage , and the transition scene between virtual crowd, and live shot, but maybe a lot of folks have seen it online already so they don’t go nuts…they should , though…Patrick Bateman speech…
Agree 100%. At least with Power Trip they had two lots of pyro going off behind the stage. The way the car slows down as it enters the 'venue'. At least with Black Ice we had the train bursting through the back of the stage. Sorry, but this is a boring start.
About the crowd, Dutch people aren’t the best in showing emotions. It’s the way we are raised, we tend to keep that close to ourselves. It doesn’t mean we don’t enjoy ourselves. Personally, I do not show emotion at all, but I feel them like anyone else. I like people who are not afraid to show their emotions !
It happens too often in front of groups or singers loved too much in the past, whatever shit they do on stage or on record today is still smelled with joy. They are a tribute band without vocals for at least 20 years.
I get your sentiment, especially about the vocals, but they are still legends and I would happily see them live. Angus can still play well. Not the fastest solos, but still pretty good.

The band should have played a lot more concerts in southern countries, as they made the fans more grateful, enthusiastic, wild... * So many concerts with the German sleeping pills and also Holland, Belgium... I can't understand that 🤷 * That's it the band didn't do any favors... 
I was going to go to this gig but I think I'm glad I didn't now. I think it;s time to call it a day, we have one original member (Angus) and one long-standing member (Johnson). I saw them was on the Black Ice tour in 2008 and it was the MK2 "original" lineup from 1980, they were great. And also on the 2016 Rock or Bust tour, when Stevie stood in for Malcolm and Chris Slade for Phil. Still good, but you can;t beat the Phil Rudd/Cliff Williams groove.
TBH my first time was the Highway to Hell tour and from a purist standpoint I agree. From my perspective I love the music and know I would regret it if I didn’t keep going. I couldn’t go to the UK gigs so picked up a ticket for Amsterdam. It was a bit tame at the back so taking videos whilst watching was easy. On the basis of how much I enjoyed the gig, I am in the process of sourcing another ticket for another gig in Europe, hopefully standing near the front. The guy sat next to me in Amsterdam came from Argentina for the gig, now that’s dedication. Give it a go, you won’t regret going.
Couldn't agree more. Decided not to go to their upcoming show in Ireland, based on recent performances, and the whole package in general. Retirement beckons methinks. Saw them twice back in 2008 - when they were still excellent, and with the whole band intact.
I saw them in 2008 for their Black Ice tour and again in 2016 for the Play Ball tour. Despite Malcom no longer being in the band, the experience was more memorable for me in 2016. It can be hard for us to admit that these positions can be swapped out for live tours, but it’s true. As long as Angus and Brian can still do it, they should still be able to play. At least we got Phil and Cliff on the recording of the Power Up album.
People don't go for the experience anymore they go to hold their phones in the air and record it and never watch it, and just completely miss the music and the way it makes you feel and move is probably the best and most realistic answer I can give you.

I was moving more in my seat than poeple standing. If I had standing tickets I could never stay this static. Nevertheless, the concert was amazing!!!!
