First of all guys... you are delicious! The reason that food it taste better in eastern europe is simply because we still can have some organic food, and trust me when the british, germans, dutch... or any other from west are eating for the first time a tomato(for example in Romania) they just going crazy because of the natural taste. And also another difference is that we cook 99% fresh, you will not see us putting something from the freezer in the microwave. We have them just because we have some empty space in the kitchen 😅😂 Anyway i enjoy so much your videos. I think every human being should visit each other in this life. There is so much to share in every country, we should enjoy more about this opportunity. A lot of love for you and for what you do. Greetings from Romania 🇷🇴
As a romanian living on country side i always have mici bbq at least 3 times per month :D and chicken wings with "mujdei" sauce :D i'm so glad that you guys liked mici :) and maybe when the pandemic is over you can come again and visit the Black Sea or the Danube Delta here in Romania (most of the tourists only visit Transylvania), there are allot of traditional seafood dishes in that part of the country. Have a great day ! :D
Sólet is Hungarian-Jewish. Try next time Goulash or Csirkepaprikás because they are more traditional. Central Market Place in Budapest is not the best place to try food as it is a rip off and use all the Hungarian food wrong :) The place has a vibe though, but it's fakeish.
Estonian black bread is a good choice, but it's more like a base component of a meal, to be eaten with at least butter, and preferably with a main course or soup. Something what should get more attention is "küüslauguleivad" or garlic bread made FROM the black bread, served with some dip. That's a really great local snack food, and fairly unique because only Latvians, maaybe Russians have similar bread to begin with. Don't know if you had any while you were in Estonia, but anybody else should try it, in any pub.
Guys! So great to see a video from you! Made me hungry! I’m gonna add every dish to my list of things to try! .. just wait till you try some great Spanish tapas and pinxos!!
I'm happy that you liked Estonian bread. The one you tasted in the video wasn't something that we consider black. Black bread darker and is even better, especially if there are different seeds in it and if you would get your hands on original homemade black bread and butter, you would be blown away.
Great to see a video from you again! I ate at the same exact place in Warsaw. Also had the Czech Chlebicky in Prague. The Chicken Paprikish (not on your list) was great in Budapest, and the brown bread in Tallinn was excellent, but my favorite was the crepes at Kompressor. Pierogi in Poland also good. Never been to Romania or Serbia, but I’m hoping to get there, and Croatia next year (COVID kept me away this year). If you like food, and you continue to travel, Eastern Canada (especially Quebec City) has GREAT food. Beijing (China) is also a great food city. Thanks so much for your great videos.
Well, no! It is true that Greece has a wonderful food, but the other countries listed by you do not have a food comparable to Romania and Hungary. I think you confuse expensive food from restaurants with many Michelin stars, or food made on the street with good food made traditionally or in your own home. Greece, Romania and Hungary are the most amazing in this regard. If you come to a country and think you know it by eating in restaurants, you're wrong.
Yes, I agree with the list, Mici are very very tasty.
Love from Romania!!!

From what I've tried, the Goulasch from Hungary and the Pleskavita from Serbia are also very good, and so is Papanasi from Romania.

So sweet of you ❤️ Thankyou 🙂
There are Serbian and Balkan delis around Melbourne with decent burek, so you’re definitely in luck!🤪♥️🖤

The crepes at Kompressor were delicious!! Totally forgot about that place until I saw your comment. Loved the vibe of that place too :-)
I can't eat anything good here in Germany, all the food here becomes dull after a while.
I want to try number 10, it looks really good.
I love German Schnitzels! Yeah Zapiekanka is so yum! Hopefully you can try it someday :-)
😍
Love from Estonia 🖤
That trad look suits you so well Rachel :3 :3 :3

Currywurst
Yum! Had one in Berlin. Was super delicious!
@@rachelandnick beer and currywurst tour. Most brutal hangover ever.
The best food in Europe is in the south: Italy, Spain, France, Greece, Portugal...
Even northern europeans would agree.
