Theatre Royal - Merthyr Tydfil

Built in 1891, the Theatre Royal in Merthyr Tydfil was originally opened as a theatre with 1,500 seats. The theatre was closed in the late 1960's and was converted into a bingo hall. The bingo hall closed in 2009 and the building is currently unused.
The Theatre Royal is a Grade II listed building.
