Big Idea:
The Bible is the constitution for people in the kingdom of God. The Bible sets a doctrinal, ethical and spiritual framework for the believers. The Bible also lays down God’s gracious gifts these citizens receive, and the duties they must also respond with in gratitude as responsible citizens of the kingdom of God. The Bible does not only address earthly realities but also encompasses (includes) the heavenly and eternal future of those who are in his kingdom.
Rationale:
In this series (of 3 sermons), we focus on the values and ethos of the kingdom of God, asking, "How do we live as citizens of the kingdom of God?"
