Then: same but set the state population with Toolpack to 0. Then: same but stay democratic Then: same but you are not allowed to do any foci Then: same but you are not allowed to use manpower for anything (including division, garrison, planes, navy, etc.). Then: same but you are not allowed to do anything but only use diplomatic screen. So no custom government, foci, decision, espionage, buildings, production for guns, nukes, etc. Only interact over that one diplomatic screen with nations. This is the hardest pacifistic game existing. How you would do that: go into faction, hope to get some warscore, get a puppet. Hope to win your puppet against other puppets, make more puppets. At some point out maybe get UK, they also hopefully do naval invasions against your enemies. Also maybe you should hold your puppets at dominion level, so that they can use most of their industry because you would not use it. At the end annex the puppets through your gained equipment. So basically you conquer the world as a single diplomat, what a role play.
How did you manage to get air superiority for the air invasion on france? Whenever I try I can only ever manage to land a couple para troopers before the french airforce arrives
Actually Bhutan is a lot harder considering it has no sea connection and the only two expansions that are possible are India and China. And we all know how trash Japanese AI nowadays is..

how do you land paratroops? everytime i try they just stay in order (even with enough air supremacy they dont launch) or i dont have enough air supremacy
@@notlucas6859 I think you need 50 per division. If you only have 50 transports and you assigned more then 1 division to the paradrop order it won’t work from my experience.

how do you land paratroops? everytime i try they just stay in order (even with enough air supremacy they dont launch) or i dont have enough air supremacy
Do you have enough transports? Sometimes paratroopers just glitch and don't work tho it's really annoying
You also need to have transport planes in airport where your paratrooper divisions stay for it to work
