Didn’t think I’d watch the whole video but couldn’t stop once I started, great job. There’s no bait more fun to catch than rays! Excited to get back to FL and land some sharks!
Man I can’t wait to get out this weekend. Would LOVE to catch a tiger but we mostly get blacktips. But it’s spring so maybe we’ll get another big Dusky like we did a couple of years ago.
Hey Hey Shark Boys Seems I have seen this film live time. Some great info, and some really awesome Sharks. I appreciate more and more how hard you all work for the excellent fishing you do. Even the off shore 2 day trips are work work work, but I do like the big tuna video's also. Wow Wow the ariel shots are awesome. Cow nose seems to be the best for shark fishing in the spring. Looks like you have a real fisherman.. Now he is excited about the first shark. Loving seeing the kids getting involved in the trip. Now that was awesome with the little guy landing his own shark. Way to go rush.!!!!!! That was a great time with you all. Thanks for sharing the 2 week with us. Blessings GPJ
Guys I loved the way you shot this and the content. When possible, do some more like that. Blaine, I am heading back out to the same spot I told you I was fishing last month. Will be there through the weekend, hopefully I will get my fish on moment. Y'all have me dreaming about these big fish. Hopefully, I will deliver.
Love the videos watch yourself filming looking at your phone driving. Not saying I'm any better cause I'm bad with that but yall do have a good bit of followers and people are easily influenced
Glad you enjoyed it! In the summer time we use the same light! If we use it during a 10-15 min fight it is no problem at all. We might have to record a sea turtle podcast one day talking about all the false things they share (Like lighting) and how the truth is stretched just to put more money in certain peoples pocket!
For casting acid wrap wouldn’t help, but hurt your distance. Acid wrap is designed to take out the torque effect of conventional reels when jigging or fighting fish vertically. So the design doesn’t really apply for beach and the added resistance to the guides would hurt your casting distance, not help.
I wish I could apply to be a part of your team but, I recently broke my neck in a car accident, so maybe I'll get a chance next year! Love your videos.
Hey man I’m a 15 year old love to catch big sharks and want some tips and tricks about ur technique I have a penn ferice 8000 with 550 yards of line and a penn cenator with almost 800 yards of line the 8000 has 50 lbs braid and cenator has 25 lbs mono but the backing is braid
I love u fish in general but I need some help with some things like power casting off the pier and beach and I would love to see you do more pier fishing vids
To be honest here is what I would do. Take the 8000 spinning setup- put 65 lb braid on it and use it only as a cast out setup. Sell the senator. 25lb mono and senators is just a bad idea for shark fishing. For kayak out setups 130 braid and up only. Mono is only for topshot and shouldn’t be a full spool on any setup
@ the unibutt isn’t a handle- but where the rod top attaches too. It makes transporting gear easier and allows you to swap rod tops for different conditions or if you damage a rod guide or something you can just swap tops in a few seconds
This one was like a trip down memory lane, sure do miss living in that area, great stuff as usual guys!
Thanks man! Glad you enjoyed the switch up!

Ocean is made for fishing, pools are made for swimming.
There it is 🫡
sooooo freaking awesome y'all hooked a tagged shark, and for the customer to talk about forever.
No doubt! Super cool they will get the recapture report and tagging hat too! Great memories!

@@CoastalWorldwide1hell yeah! thank you
Love the video guys loved that it was in depth. just had a question do you like acid rapped casting rods better than just regular casting rods
For casting acid wrap wouldn’t help, but hurt your distance. Acid wrap is designed to take out the torque effect of conventional reels when jigging or fighting fish vertically. So the design doesn’t really apply for beach and the added resistance to the guides would hurt your casting distance, not help.
@@CoastalWorldwide1 ok thanks guys have y’all made acid rapped shark rod because I have seen other guys make some before

We don’t pier fish for so so many reasons 🤘
I’m curious about the rod butts you use are they custom or come that way?
In this video- they are either the alps #4 uni butt or the Winthrop #4 unibutt
@ what’s the difference between having a full handle versus the unibutt?
@ the unibutt isn’t a handle- but where the rod top attaches too.
It makes transporting gear easier and allows you to swap rod tops for different conditions or if you damage a rod guide or something you can just swap tops in a few seconds
Excellent video
Thanks!
