I watched a lot of Bengali recipe channels but yours is the best because recipes are simple and clearly explained also there's no one talking (it can get annoying sometimes to hear people's voice while watching the recipe) also the asmr of cooking and cutting veggies is so pleasant plus the perfect choice of bg music is just the cherry on top. Literally the best recipe channel on UA-cam in my opinion

I have read many Bengali books of prominent writers(Malayalam &English translations) and there are so many books in Malayalam also which describes Bengali culture and tradition. The latest one is Aarachar(Hang women) written by K R Meera. Now I want to taste Bengali cuisine just because of your channel. Just love it💞💞

This is Muri Ghonto. In Bangladesh however we don’t put in tomatoes or dry red chillis. We also cook this entirely with ghee . The spices we use are somewhat different too (some overlap). The finishing is different too - with beresta sprinkled on top.

It was so tempting I couldn't keep myself trying it immediately. Photography is so amazing...Hats off to the one who places the camera in such unique angles... Couldn't send you the pict of my cooked one,. Otherwise it would have been great
This is one of my fav daals but never could get the taste quite right .. tried it out since I had some fish head lying in the freezer omg turned out so well!! I am sure it would have tasted even better had I been in India with all the live fish readily available

I watch your videos because they have a calming effect on me. You have beautiful presentation as well as delicious recipes. You guys should seriously consider making Food ASMR videos. Without background music, just the sound of cooking. It would a visual as well as an auditory treat.
Amar thakuma always ghee-ey piyaz bhaja diye garnish korto. Also instead of using slurry - macchar mathar shathey dal-o koshey niye sheddho korto. That way the fish and the dal get time to know each other. Easy way to cook dal on cooktop is to use filtered or distilled water. Cooks in about 15-20 mins.

Thanks! Doing just ASMR is going to be harder because we don't have a studio. So no sound treatment or sound proofing.
