I helped a friend mount one of my buck almost 10 years ago, & it gave me a lot more respect for the amount of work that goes into doing a mount. You are doing an excellent job! I'm quite impressed! Thanks for sharing your talent with those of us who lack it!

Omg I wish I could have you do a buck head for me that would be so epic. I’m a huge fan of your dad and you. Looking to put my first buck on the wall. I e hunted for a long time now and should have had many big bucks on the wall. The elusive whitetailed deer always manages to slip away. This year I’m making it a point to put one on my wall. I’m calling him wall hanger. Following a lot of your dad’s tips hints and just general knowledge of deer hunting with a crossbow. I’ve numbered my bolts and weighed them. Labeling the bolts “wall hanger”… I’m super determined to make this happen. My new tactacam 3.0 has recently captured pictures of a huge 13 point buck in my corn pile. With that said I’m so pumped.

Genevieve, just curious, how many hours does it take to do a normal shoulder mount.....from you caping the head, tanning the cape, and doing all the fit and finish work?

interesting. i have started using pan pastels on deer but after air brushing. i might have to try all pan pastels. your deer turned out great.

Start to finish everything included.... around 6 hours probably? Maybe less if it wants to cooperate haha
