Diviners peaks with books 2 and 3 imo and then book 4 we kinda... lost the plot. I still loved it, but that's bc I was mostly in it for 2 characters lol
I have the second book in my audiobook library so if the moment presents itself I could pick it up. It isn’t going anywhere, but I just didn’t get grabbed this time. And I have heard some…critiques of book four like you said.

I feel like Diviners is one that part of what makes it so good is how all the pieces come together at the end.

Me too! I really think I might. Those two are set in fantasy worlds so it seems like the author branched off with this one.
