Depends how far back we're going. Some of his FGO doujins for example have Gudao as a full on underaged shouta and different servants being one-san on Gudao.
I'm interested about if Life-sensei himself does it.
I think there's a clip of Life saying that sometimes he used his manga material to 'do it'
