I think what she was meaning was when you're usually older and your hormones settle down from adolescence, you can usually look at someone's skin condition to see if they're feeling good about themselves. Someone who has more self esteem might take better care of their skin and appearance compared to someone who has depression that might not because of their mental/emotional state at the moment. Granted it's not 100 percent accurate all the time, but you can tell a lot about a person by how they usually look/take care of themselves.
I always like listening to asmrtists who have accents or are non-native english-speakers, because the word choices and pronunciation of words and other differences that are unlike than what I'm used to keep me paying attention and focused on the video, but I am amazed how quickly latte has become fluent in english. I've never been any good at languages, I'm always so impressed when anyone can speak more than one. She is so devoted!
Latte is the only asmr person that I've seen who actually makes her layered sounds match the movements and it makes it so much more immersive for me. I hate when I see I video I should love that has layered sounds and then the sounds are totally off the movement. It makes it so frustrating for me. I appreciate you putting the effort into match your sounds to your movements thank you from the bottom of my heart!
