It is something that always bothers me why my ancestors that were sold or kidnapped from our homeland seemed not to have been remembered by name. I always wonder why no written or oral history giving names to any of those who were removed from their homeland does not seem to exist. It amazes me. Not one family can name their relatives or kin or tribesman who were enslaved? It really baffles me.

@@rosannag.burroughs4563 in the context of history, it wasn’t that long ago. And it’s history, it’s rememberance. It does not ‘get destroyed unless it’s an intentional attempt to destroy it. And at the very least I would expect some oral history to have trickled down within families. That can’t be destroyed unless intentional. I have noticed that many particularly older West African people shy away from conversation about slavery and when I have mentioned the same topic to younger West Africans they say they never thought about my question and say they will ask their either grandparent or parent if they ever heard anything about only to never hear anything else about it. I.just find it very strange that thousands of people were taken from West Africa and no family from West Africa can say oh yes, my great great great cousin Ify, or whoever on my mother or fathers side was said to have been abducted, or sold into slavery. That history does not get destroyed unless intentional.

It should actually be YAHUAH (GOD), RUACH(SPIRIT) and YAHUSHA (Son). Then I ask again, any reason for this change? I know i will get the answer.

I've been a follower of Christ since I was 9 and I have had a life worthy of a high grossing movie. Many thing's that happened to me that would've destroyed the average person. I kept Jesus Christ in front of me the entire time from age 12 when everything started to unravel to present day and he has sustained me. In my 50's I'm a successful business owner 2 wonderful kid's and a beautiful marriage. I give all thanks to my Lord and savior Jesus Christ. That's the God I will continue to serve he proved to me who he is.
